YOUTH MINISTRY VACANCY (Part Time)

Our vision at Riverton Baptist Community Church is to be a biblical, Spirit-led, evangelistic, caring community of all ages and many cultures, passionate about growing followers of Jesus. We are a multi-cultural, multi-generational, multi-campus church located in Perth WA.

We are seeking an outstanding female or male candidate to lead our high-school-age Youth Ministry in collaboration with our experienced Next Generation team. You must share our vision and be able to mobilise others to strategically achieve it. In this role you will lead a team whose task is to inspire teenagers to grow in Christ and reach out to their peers with the Good News.

While experience is preferred, we’re also eager to invest in developing early-career ministry candidates or students. Mature applicants are equally welcome, as we believe roles like this aren’t just for young people—age is no barrier for us. What matters most to us is that you love Jesus, are able to connect positively with teenagers, can relate well to others, and are ready to jump in and make a difference.

Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications and experience.

* Emotional and cultural intelligence.

* Current Working with Children Check.

* National Police Clearance.

* The right to work in Australia.

* Multi-lingual (preferred but not required).
