The role involves:

  • Helping start and grow outreach and ministry to children and families.
  • Encouraging and equipping a team of volunteers.

  • Has experience leading a ministry team.
  • Communicates well with kids, parents, and leaders.
  • Can work well with others, be organised, and take initiative.
  • Has (or is willing to get) a Working With Children Card, a National Police Clearance, and a First Aid certification.
  • Has the right to work in Australia.
  • Is registered with the Baptist Churches of Western Australia (We can assist you with this).

Qualifications in children’s work, education, ministry, theology, or a related field are preferred, or currently working toward completion.

We offer:

  • A fun, friendly, and supportive Christian team.
  • Generous salary packaging options.
  • Professional development opportunities.
  • Purpose-built facilities and contemporary resources.

If this sounds like a good fit and you're keen to help shape a ministry that blesses kids and their families, we'd love to hear from you!
